Food and drink is an important component of daily life. food and drink will give us energy and keep our body healthy. But when we chose the wrong food it would be detrimental to the health of our bodies, for example snacks like Maggie, crackers, and more. We drink should also be taken care not to be drinking carbonated water, caffeine, and sugar is locked up in the drink. If we do not take care of our food and drink our body organs are damaged without realizing it and we will have to bear the pain.
